Very basic and perfect. Trains suck but there is no getting away from them anywhere in the canyon.... :-)

Excellent food---' service is a little slow but worth the wait -- make fresh when you order.

Food was good, tea was loose tea in a teapot, as it should be. I had prawns and mushrooms. Mushrooms were great; prawns were really shrimp, but the sause made up for this minor matter

I love your wings and stopped today specifically for them as I don't live in town anymore. You would've gotten 5 stars had it not been for the total lack of customer service on your staff's part. Had to wait for her to change dishes over instead of helping a customer first. And that was after having to get someone's attention at all. Then she couldn't even have the courtesy to say you're welcome to my thank you. It was like I was putting her out to do her job. A chat may be in order.

Nice restaurant off of Highway one. Very popular for locals in Lytton. Serves Chinese and Western food. They have good poutine. Also serves alcohol. And free parking.

The Jade Springs Restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside (or from the inside for that matter) but it is the best Chinese food in the Fraser Canyon from Hope to Cache Creek with out a doubt.Their single plate dinners are good value and delicious. If you are traveling the Trans-Canada Hwy in the Fraser Canyon the Jade Springs Restaurant makes a nice break and they are open year round

Good food

Was over an hour for a club house sandwich and a very basic dinner special.Sandwich was no what was ordered and my basic dinner special had no flavour except for MSG (very salty). While paying I watched in the kitchen to find out the meals were being re-heated / cooked in the microwave.Will not be returning!To be able to post this review, I have to give one star, to bad there isn't a "negative" star option!!

The Chinese food is out of this world... you have to go and taste for yourself...

Perfect gem of a restaurant

The washrooms are beyond gross, the building is in desperate need of repair but the Chinese food is amazing. The beef fried rice, sweet and sour pork, beef chop suey and derp fried shrimp were incredible. The owners seem really nice too.
